Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes

- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp peanut flour
- 2 tbsp low carb baking blend
- 2-3 packets of Truvia
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 2-3 frozen strawberries chopped
Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Fry pancakes with butter in a pan. Serve with sweetened greek yogurt and strawberries.
